aspirants from other states can also appear in TANCET 2022. Clarifying
the admission eligibility for other state candidates, Anna University
has notified, “Other State candidates can appear for the entrance test,
but the eligibility conditions will be stipulated by the admitting

In its recently released Important Note on TANCET 2022 leading to admission in different PG programs, Anna University has notified that TANCET 2022 Applicants can register and apply online for admission to M.B.A. Degree Programme and M.C.A. Degree Programme offered in the State of Tamil Nadu by the specified universities and affiliated colleges.
TANCET 2022 exam score will be accepted for MBA/MCA courses offered by following types of universities and colleges for admission 2022
- University Departments of Anna University, Chennai;
- Anna University Regional Campuses and University Colleges of Engineering;
- Annamalai University;
- Government & Government Aided Engineering Colleges and Arts & Science Colleges
- Self-financing Colleges (Engineering, Arts & Science Colleges including stand-alone Institutions) under Government Quota and seats voluntarily surrendered by the Self-financing Colleges in Tamil Nadu for admission through Single-Window System
- Other Universities functioning under the state Act in Tamil Nadu and self-financing colleges (Engineering Colleges, Arts & Science Colleges including stand-alone Institutions) may also opt to admit the candidates on the basis of the Tamilnadu Common Entrance Test 2022

TANCET Eligibility Criteria 2022
Anna university has specified TANCET 2022 MBA eligibility criteria through TANCET. Accordingly, applicants should possess following qualification:- Graduate from a recognised university with 50% marks in any discipline
- Candidates in final year of graduation are also eligible to apply provided their graduation result is declared by the prescribed date as decided by the University/institute
- If the provisionally admitted candidates are unable to secure minimum required score, their admission will become invalid.

TANCET is a papert based test. TANCET Results 2022
TANCET 2022 Result is likely to be released on or before June 10, 2022. TANCET Score Card should be downloaded from the website by the candidates within 10 days from the date of publication of results of the entrance test. The TANCET score card should be produced at the time of admission.
Anna University has informed that the answer sheets shaded in pencils will not be evaluated. The shaded information is scanned and the details are transferred to computer for evaluation. Candidates who have written the TANCET 2022 will be notified with actual marks and percentile score they have obtained, at the time of releasing TANCET result. However, to avoid projecting negative scoring, the final TANCET score card contains only the percentile score.
